Shawn Blue is a program manager and mechanical engineering student with hands-on experience in electric vehicle battery systems, manufacturing, and product development. At eMatrix Energy Systems, he has been directly involved in battery pack builds, testing, and process development, building a strong foundation in how complex systems are designed, assembled, and validated in real-world environments. With a background as a U.S. Air Force intelligence analyst, he brings a disciplined, mission-focused approach to technical work, combining structured program management with practical, hands-on problem solving.

Outside of his professional role, Shawn focuses on design and fabrication, working with machining, CATIA, Fusion 360, and 3D printing to bring ideas into physical form. He previously founded Flight Forge as a side project, developing flight simulation hardware, and is now shifting his primary focus toward rocketry, where he is designing and building systems with an emphasis on performance, simplicity, and rapid iteration.
